Bodybuilding Supplement Taboo
Hey guys, have'nt heard about it much in other countries but ya here i have seen people criticising bodybuilders and other gym enthusiasts who are taking bodybuilding supplements ( yes even if it is just whey protein). Some people with such mentality simply ignore the fact that supplements are actually known as FOOD SUPPLEMENTS or DIETRY SUPPLEMENTS, and what it really means is that it fulfills that requirement of our body which we can not fulfill by having what we are having on our plates though out the day.
I ask such people a very simple question. Do you have any problem if I am giving my body what it needs??
Anyways, I definitely will throw some light over this topic. Food supplements are very much normal and if you are putting a lot of strain on your body by going to the gym or participating in marathons or soccer games then by no doubt your body will require more nutrition than any other normal person, and in case you are unable to provide that much nutriton, your body will start showing negative signs, such as fatigue , illness etc. We must understand that if we want good results, we must not neglect a healthy diet, supplements will not do any good if we completely rely on them.
The most common and popular supplement is Whey Protein. The major advantage of whey protein is that it contains the best combinations of Amino Acid chains, and it is very easily absorbed by our body.Protein is the building block of muscles, and thus, is a very important part of our diet. If your body requires more protein than you can get through your normal daily diet then i believe there is no harm in going for supplements, and the same goes for other nutrients also.
So i would just say, Eat Healthy, Live a good Lifestyle and Work Hard.
