Explosive Biceps Workout
NOTE: This workout is not for beginners.
So you love the day when you have to workout your biceps?? Ok then for all those biceps lovers, here is an amazing workout which could bring a good change in your workout routine.
1) Start with Barbell Preacher Curls. Take a weight which will not allow you to do more than 8 slow repetitions. Take the barbell fully down, stretch ur muscles, and bring it full up, squeezing your muscles. Do it very slowly as it is gonna make your muscles grow. Do 6 sets of 8 reps each.
2) Now the next exercise would be the E-Z bar Spider Curls. Same way do slow 8 reps and 6 sets of E-Z Bar Spider Curl.
3) The last exercise would be the Dumbells Concentration Curls. Do it as slow as possible, and take a weight which allows you to do the exercise in the correct form. Do 4 sets of 8-10 reps.
